What you may not see behind the signs, advertising and statistics, is Roddy's support Team of professionals who help provide the finest and most consistent service in the industry. "I still personally inspect every home and I negotiate the contracts. I am personally involved in every contract."
The Roddy McCaskill Team is group of fully licensed professionals. Each member of the McCaskill team is highly specialized and trained in specific areas of expertise. This enables our Team to give the highest level of service found in Little Rock real estate! Another contributing factor to the success of the office is the commitment of each individual working there. Every person is dedicated not only to personal success, but also to the overall success of the Team. This is very evident in the spirit of cooperation that permeates our office.
Roddy's Team includes a Listings / Closings co-ordinator, Relocation Director & Team Manager, licensed Buyer's Specialists, and Roddy as Executive Broker. "It is our goal to provide the ultimate in customer service while helping clients to buy or sell a home, with the best terms, at the best price, with the fewest hassles. If we can't meet this challenge all the signs and marketing are meaningless!"

He has been one the top ten realtors in the state, according to Arkansas Business, since 1994, and has sold over $200,000,000 of homes since 2004. Both of Roddy's grandfathers were in the real estate business, and he has continued their tradition of excellence and honest dealings.
In 1975 Roddy graduated from Washington and Lee University cum laude, and from there attended the University of Arkansas School of Law. He worked as an appriaser and mortgage loan officer before going into the real estate business and the knowledge he gained still serves him well today. He is very active in the community, having served as President of Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski County, board member of the Metropolitan YMCA, and member of the Board of Trustees of Philander Smith College. To honor his service to the college he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree in 2009.
Roddy loves fishing with his wife Martha, hunting with his son Roddy Jr.(who is a Marine veteran), and working with his tractor on their small farm. Roddy and Martha have been members of Fellowship Bible Church since the early 1980's, and have served the church from teaching Sunday School to leading small group Bible studies.
