Meet Roddy McCaskill
 

Roddy McCaskill was born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1953. He married Martha Stobough in 1980. They have three children Emily, Molly & Roddy, Jr. Roddy and his family are members of the Fellowship Bible Church. Having lived in several areas of Little Rock for his entire life, he knows the metropolitan and surrounding areas very well.
Roddy was one of the first agents in Arkansas to implement the team concept. He began assembling his team in 1994. Since venturing out and establishing Roddy McCaskill Team, his team has grown to eight people. His members consist of four buyer's specialists; a closing coordinator; a listings manager; his wife, Martha, and himself. All the team members are licensed real estate agents. Each member is a specialist in his or her area. "What I have found is that there are others with special talents and skills that could do areas of my job much better than I ever could. I focus on those things I do best, and hire others to do everything else. Our goal is to deliver a level of service that produces raving fans-not just satisfied customers. This team approach simply provides better service to our clients." By freeing Roddy from administrative tasks, he can concentrate on the primary goal, negotiating the best deal for his client. The team concept incorporates, buyers specialist, which means there is always someone extremely knowledgeable available to show property.
