It has been our experience that in many of the "mega" companies after hours and on weekends, you have to reach the listing agent to set an appointment. If they are unavailable, there is no one with the information necessary to set an appointment. Every member of the McCaskill Team is equipped to make an appointment 24 hrs/7 days a week.
Wouldn't it be better to have 30 or 40 agents in a company trying to sell my house?
The answer to this is very simple. if a company carries an inventory of 125-200 homes-will your home really be "special" and receive the personalized attention to detail we've promised? The individual agents in those huge companies are naturally going to spend their time promoting their listings,not necessarily yours. They don't have the staff to allow him or her the luxury of spending time on someone else's listing.
What about real estate TV shows?
A past client of ours was the station manager at a local television station. According to him, there are national statistics that have proven that TV shows do not sell property, but they are instead very effective recruiting tools.
